In addition to educational and career pathways at Kenwood High, there are two magnet programs available to qualified, interested students: the International Baccalaureate Program (IB) and the Sports Science Academy. What is a Magnet Program? Magnet programs are theme-oriented courses of study that provide students with in-depth experiences in a specialized area of interest. How do I get into a Magnet Program? Students may apply from all Baltimore County middle schools. If you are interested in these programs, speak to your guidance counselor, and then contact the magnet coordinator for an application. Students selected for a magnet program will have transportation provided. Please follow the links on the left for more information about our magnet programs and the application process.
